Babak Aryana is an independent researcher in power and propulsion systems. His researches are mostly focused on design of new generation of gas turbine engines. He defines characteristic of new generation as their capabilities to adapt to working environment and users’ desires. The higher ability to adapt to environmental elements and users’ desires the more efficient power and propulsion system.

He is attempting to convert gas turbine engines to Context-Aware system. Although he considered imposing such a specification on conventional gas turbine engines, but such a system needs to have characteristics that requires new design.

He published key points of his researches in two papers and currently is modeling his new design for Context-Aware compressor, DEA compressor, by ANSYS Multiphysics.   >>more
